RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase within 60 days of receipt you may return it for a refund providing it is in the condition it was supplied. Please email support@backstagerockstar to arrange the refund process.

https://www.backstagerockstar.com may, but are under no obligation to, honour requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Irreparable defects with the product: Although all the products are checked before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check each type of the product offered before making a purchase.

Sizing Issues: Please check the sizing charts before purchasing as different manufacturers have different size measurements. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchase. We DO NOT refund items simply because they don't fit. We provide accurate size charts for all of our products. We will happily exchange the item but he postage costs will be borne by the purchaser.

REFUNDS POLICY

Wornstar Denim and Essentials purchases are non refundable. However, we will exchange for another size.

We will refund any item returned to us within 60 days of receipt. As long as the item is returned in its original condition we will refund the purchase price only - our original shipping costs of delivering the order to you will be deducted from your refund.

Hatton Designs Bracelets are custom made items and as such are not eligible for refunds. We will happily exchange or resize any bracelet for free. The customer is responsible for returning the bracelet to us. Additionally, the cost of return shipping for any altered bracelet(s) is £4.95 and payable in advance.

Exchanges - Return postage and further shipment of any exchanged merchandise from our warehouse is to be paid by the customer unless we made a processing error which did not match your order. In such a case, we will happily cover the return postage.
